This report funded by NREL was a workshop session that defined approaches to attain environmentally and financially sustainable goals/guidelines for Fort Baker. Included in the workshop outline report are the topics of:

• scenarios for optional project design
• power options
• building system options
• water options
• financing options

While this is an outline report, it does offer summaries of the discussion in each topic, lists alternative solutions and offers some solutions.
